- Choose the reward you would like to redeem and a code will be generated for you to use at checkout.

What is the process for international returns?
The process is the same internationally as it is nationally.

How do e-Gift Cards work?
E-gift cards (electronic gift cards) are digital versions of traditional gift cards.
Here’s how they work:
- Purchase – Customers buy them online from our store. They choose the amount and enter the recipient’s email address.
- Delivery – The e-gift card is sent via email instantly or on a scheduled date. It includes a unique code.
- Redemption – The recipient uses the code at checkout on your website to apply the gift card balance to their order.
- Balance – If the purchase is less than the card value, the remaining balance stays on the card. If it’s more, the customer pays the difference.
