  1. Login to your account.
  2. Click on the "Earn rewards" tab on the lower right-hand side of your screen.
  3. Then click on "Ways to redeem"
  4. Choose the reward you would like to redeem and a code will be generated for you to use at checkout.

The process is the same internationally as it is nationally.

  • no hidden charges, taxes or duty fees
  • However, the shipping fee needs to be covered by the customer

  1. Login to your account.

  3. At the top you will see the "your points" heading and underneath it your total accumulated number of points.

E-gift cards (electronic gift cards) are digital versions of traditional gift cards.

Here’s how they work:

  1. Purchase – Customers buy them online from our store. They choose the amount and enter the recipient’s email address.
  2. Delivery – The e-gift card is sent via email instantly or on a scheduled date. It includes a unique code.
  3. Redemption – The recipient uses the code at checkout on your website to apply the gift card balance to their order.
  4. Balance – If the purchase is less than the card value, the remaining balance stays on the card. If it’s more, the customer pays the difference.
