Our Story

Hi, I'm Crystal, the founder of Appointed & Co. Ever since I could remember, I've always held a deep appreciation for planning and organization. I strongly believe that with all things being minimal and well-organized, you can be a lot more productive in a day. As a young working mom to one beautiful son and a night school student, I soon realised the importance of not only planning but having a planner that could truly assist me in my day-to-day tasks, this ignited the spark for me to establish my own store and create Appointed & Co.

I am from Ngāti Mahuta in the King Country and Ngāti Toro in the Far North. I am also a home-based and one-woman operating business, where I design and print all my inserts myself, right here in my home office in Auckland, New Zealand. Spending countless hours designing, testing, perfecting and learning through trial and error to master and deliver inserts that not only look great but aim to elevate ones productivity in a day.

Responsibly sourcing and consciously designing

All my paper inserts and packaging are Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) approved. My choice in printer sits in an International Organization for Standardization (ISO) standard and we also source the finest leather from leading international suppliers.
